Create a unique, delicious recipe using Amla Rush as one of the ingredients. You can submit an idea for one of five categories: drinks, appetizers, salads, entrees and desserts. Recipes will be evaluated based on the following criteria: taste, originality, recipe clarity and presentation.

Six lucky winners will be selected. There will be one first prize winner overall. This first prize winner will receive $500 and one lucky second place winner in each category will receive $100 each.
